What happens next?
We treat complaints thoroughly, fairly, and investigate them sensitively.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 3 Business Days.
We will investigate your complaint and come back to you with the results of our investigation within 15 Business Days after the receipt of our acknowledgment of your complaint. This is known as our FINAL RESPONSE LETTER..
