Refund Policy

 

Transactions may be canceled for a refund of the transfer amount (taking into account any fees & charges) unless the funds have already been picked up by the receiver.

  1. In the event where the Receiver/Recipient rejects your funds, E-Smart Money may charge the Sender a fee to refund the transfer amount back to them. Qualifying refunds for transactions within the UK and EU will be made within 45 days of receipt of your valid written request. E-Smart Money may issue Your refund through to the debit card that was used to pay for the transaction.
  2. In the event where the “Transfer” is canceled by Us, then the Sender may receive the Refund in full without any fees debited.
  • In the event where the “Transfer” is canceled by the Sender, E-Smart Money may charge the Sender a fee to refund the transfer amount back to them.
